October was a busy month at Atex. Updates were made in many areas of the applications to help media companies meet the demands of operating in an increasingly digital world. Here’s a taste of what’s now on offer.

OneView Advertising

  • Version 1.1 expands on the browser-based CRM and Order Management system, introduced earlier in 2011.
  • Support added for cross-channel multimedia packages. With one keystroke, schedule an order that includes multiple print and digital channels.



Tablet Ad Management application

Ad Serving Integration

  • Completion of the integration to Google's DoubleClick for Publishers Premium edition. Atex has joined an elite group of technology companies supporting the latest and most powerful ad serving option from Google.
  • Completion of plug-in to Open Ad Stream's ad serving system
  • Support for the latest version of Yahoo APT! ad serving system
  • Ability to provide real-time inventory controls from third party ad serving system inside Atex Advertising applications


Salesforce.com Integration

  • For companies that use salesforce.com as their pipeline and sales management tool, Atex introduces the ability to work entirely in the salesforce.com world and seamlessly move from opportunities to actual orders.
  • Atex has created custom objects inside salesforce.com using the force.com development environment.
  • This allows forecast opportunities to automatically be converted to Atex Advertising orders when the status moves to won.
  • No dual entry, no logging into multiple systems. All necessary data is shared real-time via web services.
